The internet is a scary place when it comes to information, especially when it comes to fitness and nutrition. One google search can give you a million conflicting opinions. Sifting through the mess can be a difficult, confusing endeavor. Ain’t nobody got time for that, well almost nobody. I do have time for that. When going through a fat loss client’s food log there is often only one or two foods that appear more often than they should(9 out of 10 times it’s cheese).  While it’s never necessary to completely eliminate foods to lose weight, certain foods need to be moderated. I thought this article was fantastic. The term “core training” has been a part of the mainstream lexicon for quite some time, yet is so often misunderstood. This piece does a great job of defining the term “core” as well as dispelling common myths about core training and providing a solid selection of targeted core exercises for you to try.
