Weekly Fitness Reads: 5/29/15

The internet is a scary place when it comes to information, especially when it comes to fitness and nutrition. One google search can give you a million conflicting opinions. Sifting through the mess can be a difficult, confusing endeavor. Ain’t nobody got time for that, well almost nobody. I do have time for that. In this weekly post, I’ll do the work for you and provide you with some of the finest articles from the far reaches of the fitness blogosphere.

Awesome article about an important subject matter. I truly think every guy should read this, regardless of whether or not they have ever told a woman to “not get too muscular”. On top of that, this article includes a comprehensive list of women’s strength training program from some of the best in the business.

James Fell provides clarity and simplicity to a topic that can be confusing and overwhelming. If you are on a diet at the moment, have been on one in the past, or are thinking about starting a new one you ought to read this.

This was such a comprehensive, thorough piece I had to include it. Jordan Syatt really covers all of his bases here giving you all of the info you need to design your own strength training program.
