The internet is a scary place when it comes to information, especially when it comes to fitness and nutrition. One google search can give you a million conflicting opinions. Sifting through the mess can be a difficult, confusing endeavor. Ain’t nobody got time for that, well almost nobody. I do have time for that. This is incredible. I’m pretty sure I hurt my neck nodding my head so excitedly as I was reading this. This article lays out clearly what you need to do in order to achieve something you are struggling with. And let’s be honest, we all struggle with something, nutritionally or otherwise.

Excellent piece elaborating on how lifting weights as a woman will not immediately make you “bulky”(whatever that means). If you are concerned about the issue of bulkiness and are not sure who to believe, this article is for you.
