This is very thorough and well said. Precision Nutrition does a bang up job of answering 10 very common nutrition questions. Upon reading this, I couldn’t help but think that this Portlandia skit was the inspiration.

Upon reading this I’ve become obsessed with one of the exercises discussed(the shank lever), and have found it to be very productive. In one fell swoop it works all of the main muscle groups that tend to weaken with age, as well as helps prepare you for performing a Front Lever(which is like, totally badass). The other exercise described here(Zombie Press) is a bit outside of my skill level, and by a “bit”, I mean a metric shitton. Thus, I haven’t tried it out yet, but still pretty damn cool to see the progressions to learn it.
