Nuance you say? I’m sold! I don’t know why there is so much zealotry around low carb; I mean who would WANT to believe that they have to give up carbs. Carbs are awesome, and have their place in a healthy diet, just like everything else.

So Dan John is pretty much always right. It’s just one of the facts of life. I’ve been trying out some of these methods and have to say they feel pretty productive. Not that I had any doubt; carrying around heavy unstable shit has been getting people insanely strong since, well, forever.

I love me a good critique of the fitness industry. This piece goes into great depth about why the fitness industry is wrought with so many charlatans and snake oil salesman. That said, I can’t help but share it.
