I’m all about not getting hurt. As someone who has had a bunch of unnecessary injuries, I tend to enjoy articles that can help other avoid the same fate or achy shoulders and hips. Strength training can be one of the best things you can do for preventing aches and pains. The caveat is that if you go into it with the wrong mentality, mistakes are much more likely.

Fear of failure is something we all experience, and it is something that holds all of us back to some extent. I benefitted greatly from reading this post. The author, Jill Coleman, does a great job of conveying perspective and not just providing a laundry list of how to move past fear of failure.
