Weekly Fitness Reads: 10/5/15


And, as usual, I can’t help myself when I see a good article about improving the deadlift. Deadlifts are objectively awesome, so it’s worth your time to learn how to do them well. This article gives one more piece of the puzzle to a solid deadlift.


This list is pretty solid. In addition, this piece sneaks in some perspective to help you along with your efforts.
