This isn’t a fitness article. However, it is an awesome article about habits, which are awesome. Did I mention that habits are awesome? This blog is about not being a jackass with your money so you can retire early and not work as much. Pretty cool stuff. I loved seeing how the same principles that lead to effective fat loss are just as valid regardless of the goal. Give this one a read. It might make you rich.

What I like most about this is that every “requirement” has several different options. There truly is no one right way of doing fat loss. While what works for you may not be listed here, it probably is 😛
